Galaxy 2.3- 2001 High Idle Problems

hi, my galaxy 2.3-ghia- 2001 is idling too high, it happens when you take your foot off the throttle it idles at about 1300 rpm, if i press the throttle again it sometimes goes back down to 750-800 rpm, temperature gauge is smack in the middle & uses no water, any ideas please?
